Chicken Biryani

Seriously, I am ardent fan of chickb n without it, once again I feel like that Lion which was left in vegetable market to choose whatever he wants! Coming to chickb - Unfotunately I like only home-made. Why doesn't this chef in restaurant right across the street know how to prepare it?

Once I was so fed up of these peas - chickpea, pigeon pea, cow pea (Dont ask me why they are called so!) which my dabbawalah(lunch provider) makes everyday...
(Apparently peas are legume crops useful in Nitrogen fixation, thus suggested by Agriculturalists in best crop combinations to be grown with cereals like rice and wheat to increase agricultural productivity! Good for farmers and bad for me, they are really following it..)
My tongue craved for taste of RREAL chicken! so what did I do? I had a heap of menu cards (dropped by eateries near my front gate) under my bed. I opened them and tried to find out Non-veg restaurants. I went through each one of them cursing, calling names everytime the word "pure vegetarian" shows up! Finally I could find only three. 1. Hello Rasoi 2. Ramsha Bawarchi 3.City spice kitchen. I called up City Spice Kitchen, (coz I felt, rates are within my range) and asked for home delivery. He says, "sorry mam, we stopped that service". Disappointed, I looked at Hello Rasoi menu card once again hoping that by some miracle all 3 digits numbers would turn into 2 digits or at least 100's digit would change from 2 to 1. I find no luck there. Once again disappointed, I saw Ramsha Bawarchi, name sounds like something home (Hyderabad Bawarchi).. there is no chickb on menu card. Anyway I called this place and asked for Chicken Biryani. He said "Yes Mam!". "Kitna?", "seventy phive", "wow"!
Laya: "Kitna time lagega?". He replies "bas.. aadha ghanta" Laya: "Theek hain! 3/3x - Old Rajinder nagar mein. jaldi lao".
Time: 14:30 hrs. I waited for half-an-hour, he came in 1 hr. Anyway, being so hungry, I dint want to yell at him. I paid him and took the parcel, my mouth waters even without yummy smell coming out.. (You know about that dog!)
Now I make everything ready, melodious music in the background, plate, spoon blah blah blah..
Then I open the pack - It looks good, but doesnt smell like chicken. I ignored that hoping for good taste. You know taste is half nullified without smell. Now I go on to taste it. I dunno what he put in that, the oil is so greasy, it feels like I'm eating grease! Yukk! anyway I ate those 2 chicken pieces! Utterly shattered, I try to wash my plate and spoon - but no detergent works on it ya!
I seriously felt like suing this guy for giving me such a wonderful Chickb. :x
Lesson: Never have chickb from bawarchi!
