I would like to share some of my experiences on this forum.
This is a travelogue I would like to finish as and when I get time. We started from Mussoorie to Rajouri, Jammu where we had Army attachment. We had stayed with Rashtriya Rifles which is a paramilitary force raised for countering terrorist operations in Jammu. Army personnel are posted on deputation to these posts. We had first hand experience on how soldiers and officers spend their life in these areas. They demonstrated some of their operations and explained difficulties faced by them during these operations. All of them have a common grievance that their family members back home should be taken care of by the administration whenever they are in need. I felt sustaining Long distance relationships is major problem faced by these young soldiers. When they have difficult personal life, it gets difficult to concentrate on their work.
to be continued ...

Hi there,
Very happy to get to a blogger who is into Public Administration.
I am from UP. I saw that you are from Hyderabad, AP. So just wanted to get a clear view of the Telangana riots and your opinion/comment on it.
Is it like Telangana people really struggled/suffered under AP govt.? or is it just a political drama with OU students being made a fool by TRS?
Can you please throw some light on this ongoing riots?
There is inequality between people of Telangana region and rest of AP. Many factors like their history, political processes, geography etc contributed to it. But if you see now, there is definitely development in Telangana region. Some of the govt schemes are implemented much better in some parts of Telangana compared to rest of AP. All innovative schemes, pilot schemes are started in Telangana region. In spite of that, if you compare the existing scenario without looking into its history, Telangana is backward. Thus struggle has its own reasons. Its a critical situation. Hope AP comes out of this turmoil soon with a mutually acceptable solution.
First thanks for replying..
The factors mentioned (history, political processes, geography) is not going to change with a separate state..
But sure they will get some extra budget because they now will be a separate state. Hope the politicians do use them for welfare than for their wealthfare :)
Thanks a lot. All the best.
